The Suarez Firm provides advice to clients regarding compliance with US and multilateral economic sanctions and embargoes administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) against countries such as Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Sudan, and other sanctioned countries.  Also assist clients with advisory opinion requests and licensing.  Represent clients in enforcement actions and investigations such as U.S. Congressional and United Nations investigations concerning the Oil-for-Food Programme.
