Having served as an attorney advisor to a U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) and having worked at the U.S. Trade Representative’s Office, Evelyn understands the big picture of trade policy as well as the implications of unfair trade practice litigation. She specializes in assisting clients regarding the Customs aspects of anti-dumping, subsidies and intellectual property (section 337) investigations.
