With a new agreement comes new rules on eligibility and compliance. The Suarez Firm can help you understand these complex new rules and how they affect your business in the U.S., Mexico and Canada.  The Suarez Firm has a long-standing collaboration with counterparts in Mexico and Canada.

Nothing is more complex than the new rules of origin for the automotive sector.  Evelyn Suarez is here to translate these rules and help you understand how they apply to your manufacturing operations.

While CBP has a USMCA Center to provide assistance in understanding and adjusting to the new rules, sometimes companies require individualized counseling.  The Suarez Firm is here to help.

A September CNBC article about the trade war between China and the US – and Mexico’s place in it – included quotes from many trade experts, including Evelyn Suarez. The article highlights the increased flow of good between China and Mexico. Some even say it is a legal “back door” into the US to avoid tariffs, although there are other factors at play as well.
